New Patients
As soon as you walk through the door, our team is ready to greet you with a smile. Our comfortable waiting room contains a television, fish tank and is decorated in calming colours. Patients tell us that they love our tasteful environment. Take a seat on our comfortable couch, listen to our music playing and breathe in the essential oils diffusing. We’ve got current magazines for you to page through after you’re done filling out your forms electronically on the iPad.
Getting Started
You have two options for your first appointment with us. You can schedule for a consultation only with one of our dentists or a consultation and cleaning with our dentist and hygienist, Tony.
If you choose to have a consultation only, you’ll be here for about 30 minutes. Adding a cleaning on means another 15 minutes, making your visit 45 minutes in total.
Emergency Cases Welcome
If you come in for a specific issue such as a broken filling, we’ll deal with your concern straightaway. You can always book in for an examination at a later date if you need one.
HICAPS Machine Available On-Site
You don’t have to wait to claim your rebate. You can do so on the spot with our HICAPS machine. We can even check what your coverage is for further services if you’re interested in more treatments.
